George Jacob Holyoake

George Jacob Holyoake (1817-1906) is an English Secularist and co-operator. He was born in Birmingham, England. He coined the term “secularism” in 1846. He devoted his major part of his life for the promotion of the cooperative movement among lower-class workers in England.
